Emma at White Feather Management has all the right skills for running this company. She is a very good communicator, is very pleasant, enthusiastic (most important), polite, friendly, involved, conscientious and approachable and efficient and in my case, my concern being a vegan/vegetarian holiday let, and therefore a niche market, she had to do extra research to reach out to that market which is she doing and has done well.  All guests have commented on her rapid responses. She is on the ball and has a good system worked out, which is reassuring. I could not have done this without a manager and am very satisfied with all she is doing and looking forward to things progressing excellently having made a very good start indeed. I would highly recommend her.

I am so happy to be working with White Feather, Emma has helped reduce the pressure of running a holiday let single handedly. Emma is very efficient, reliable, great attention to detail with a personal touch. She goes the extra mile for guests, sourcing little extras like baby slings and dealing with tricky situations like missing linen and Severn Trent cutting off the water supply to our holiday cottage on a changeover day!
We’re also really pleased with the holiday cover – means we can go on holiday ourselves and actually switch off and relax knowing that everything is being looked after at home.
